For Partners

What It Means to
Partner With TPB.

Partnership isn't just a line on our website — it's a real working relationship, with real terms. Here's exactly what to expect, before you ever pick up the phone.

"We add capacity and excellence — we don't compete or take credit."

  • You keep the client relationship. TPB is there to execute, not to insert itself between you and the people you serve.
  • You keep the credit, if that's what the arrangement calls for. We're just as comfortable disappearing into the background as we are stepping into the spotlight under our own name — whichever serves you.
  • Every partnership is built on the same standard of service we give our direct clients. Nothing about being a partner means a lower bar.

The practical stuff, upfront.

  • Vetted, properly contracted bar, chef, and concierge specialists — never casual labour standing in for the real thing.
  • One point of contact for everything, so nothing falls between the cracks of separate suppliers.
  • No exclusivity required — you're free to keep using whoever else you already work with, alongside TPB.
  • Straightforward billing. Exactly how it flows depends on the shape of the partnership, and we'll walk you through it clearly before anything is signed.
  • Priority scheduling once you're a regular partner, especially valuable in Rustenburg's busiest periods.

A partnership works both ways.

  • An honest brief and reasonable lead time — the more notice we have, the better we can staff and plan for you.
  • Timely payment on the terms we agree together, the same way we're reliable on ours.
  • Fair representation of TPB wherever a co-branded or white-label arrangement is in place.
  • Tell us if something's off. A quiet complaint doesn't help either of us — a direct one lets us fix it.

Pick the shape that fits how you work.

Preferred Staffing Partner

"Call us first." For venues, planners, and DMCs who want a reliable specialist on speed dial. You call, we deliver, you keep managing the client relationship exactly as you already do.

White-Label / Co-Branded

"We work under your name." For venues and hotels who want the polish of a specialist team without a new name showing up in the room. You bill your client; we agree a fair share for the work delivered.

Joint Product Offering

"We build something together." For wellness studios, eco-venues, and specialists who want to co-create a bundled experience — one price, one booking, two teams delivering it.

Referral / Affiliate

"Just make the introduction." The lowest-effort way to work with us. Point a client our way, and we take it from there.

Retainer Partnership

"An ongoing relationship." For larger organisations — mining houses, corporates — who want TPB on call across everything we offer, under one standing agreement.

Simple to start, clear from day one.

  • A conversation. We learn about your business and how you work, and figure out together which shape of partnership actually fits.
  • A trial. We run one booking together — low commitment, real results, no long-term paperwork required yet.
  • A simple agreement. Twelve months to start, after which it simply continues. You're never locked out of using other suppliers alongside us, and either side can step away with reasonable notice.
  • Ongoing. Priority scheduling, one point of contact, and a relationship that grows as your needs do.

Answers before you have to ask.

Do we have to use TPB exclusively?

No. Every partnership is non-exclusive — you're free to keep using whoever else you already work with, alongside TPB.

How long is the commitment?

Twelve months to start. After that, it simply continues on a rolling basis, and either side can step away with reasonable notice — no drama, no fine print designed to trap you.

How does billing actually work?

It depends on the shape of the partnership — in some models we invoice your client directly, in others you invoice and settle with us behind the scenes. We'll walk you through exactly how it works for your situation before anything is agreed.

What if it's not working out?

Reasonable notice on either side ends it cleanly. We'd rather have that conversation directly than watch a partnership quietly fade.

Can we combine models, or change over time?

Yes — plenty of partnerships start as a simple referral relationship and grow into something more structured as trust builds.
