What happens if we go over our included hours?
Additional hours are billed at TPB's standard rate, always agreed and confirmed with you before the work happens.
Do we get a dedicated concierge?
You draw from TPB's full pooled team rather than one fixed individual, with retainer clients scheduled ahead of non-retainer bookings.
Can we cancel anytime?
There's a minimum initial commitment, after which the agreement runs month-to-month.
What if we need something bigger than a standard event?
Larger bookings — Signature Corporate or Wellness Reconnect scale — are quoted and billed as their own event on top of the retainer, so your monthly plan stays predictable.
Can gifting be part of our retainer?
